Because, believe it or not, you are not that important. We all want to help each other with specific things here; some ask for help fixing scenes, others for missing mods, others for cards, and so on.
You can't expect me, zeidhan29, gustavo40, AdmiraL_01, Baba_Booey, wmfrpa, and many others to stop everything we're doing to organize all the necessary material you're asking for. Not everyone has the time and the desire to do the same with their own things.
And since we're not receiving any monetary value in this one-way exchange, demanding and judging others for how they do or don't do things here is futile and absurd. We're not your parents who tidied your room when you were in school, who made and served your food when you came home, and who turned on the fan or opened the windows so you could cool down and sleep comfortably. Welcome to the real world, where your existence doesn't matter, you're not important, nobody cares about you but yourself, and if you don't like it, go back to your parents' house and ask them to organize the cards for your porn game.

Theres only 2 folders for cards, female and male. If you add more you have some mental shit going on.
Theres only 1 folder for mods, inside MyMods and Sideloader Modpack. Everyone download it missing mod and just draw it on MyMods and FORGET about it. If you make folder name of the modder and draw it mods accordingly, you have some mental shit going on.
Theres only 1 folder for coords. There's a world were you can say "but I like to sort it by Bikini, sleeping outfit and stuff like that", and while it is true. whenever you go beyond (like coord>autor>bikini>red bikinis>no belly cover bikini>revealing bikini>small bikini>Bikini.png) then you have some mental shit going on.
Theres only 1 folder for scenes. There's a world were you can say "Make sense to sort by autor", but beyond that (Scene>autor>hetero>loop>blowjob>cum in mouth>scene.png) then you have some mental shit going on.
Data check you can use glary utility, hash ones and many others already posted here. I used to have a lot of cards and just using glary utlity dupe file finder was enough for me. By "suck" if you mean card is trash, I just store them on a test folder, overtime I load them on the game and verify how they are, if trash just delete it who cares.

If you can't see how others manage their own data but your own data managment and point out other's data managment, then is a you problem and not other's data managment problem, because there's any but you pointing out is a problem, no fella you are the only one having a problem with it.
They are literally helping you, while you DEMAND the way you want to receive that help; you are not in a position to beg and tell others how help must deliver, you open the game and you find the mods, nobody here is your dad, nor you dad wouldn't do that for you, actually, your dad is more likely to reprimand you and question how ungrateful you are. You say you're grateful to those who share things with you, but at the same time, these previous kinds of posts you did say the opposite; that's not the way to be grateful and actually more likely happen is that whoever sees your post will just ignore your future "please help" things. The attempt at change is understandable, but these aren't the methods, and this isn't the place either. Aside from that, name change yeah is kinda mid unless make some sense, I like to add autor and character on the card to hit F3 and search the autor or the character by just using the search box. 100% had 0 issues with it and I used to have +6712 cards (22 now because profit), which is quicker than make a folder for each autor then inside folders for each serie then characters then body type then body arqutype then bone structure then eye col... dude no, stop. Like really. I have serie>character and If autor has more than 2 of the same character I do serie>autor and guess what, I have as well as you somewhat mental shit going on, but aside from you, I don't question the way others manage their cards.
