Unagi is legitimately one of the most mentally ill card creators with an overinflated sense of self worth that exists in the card making community. His cards are generally inaccurate, full of low res textures, and overall not worth the price of admission. Brother will even block you if you follow his Patreon for too long without becoming a paying customer.
I loathe Madevil and many other such people, but at least they usually contribute something of value in the form of plugins or decent cards. Unagi just screams and whines at everyone around him while cycling out sub-par cards of niche eromanga as fast as he can and wondering why no one likes or respects him.

I also played Granblue (from 2016 to 2023) and to me, Cygames did their best to move a part of their playerbase away from the game be it because of versus, relink or something else.
like, Summer Fediel teasing a Gran/Djeeta shipping but her fates was she going full out after some other male. Fan favorite waifu Cupitan going full lesbian at the event. The "can't impregnate other races" shitstorm lol yes, the game delivered dozen of fan favorite events but fan favorite basically meant the male units so the game clearly had a bias with making fujo focused events like Dragon Knights, the Sauna events, Lowain party wanting to be machos, Belial and Sandalphon everywhere, etc etc. oh and don't forget that this actually happened in a valentine. yes, a date for girls to give chocolate for the boys they like/appreciate and most male players were waiting to see which new "waifu" would get the valentine treatment. (Vira got a valentine unit at the same year so male players didn't really got what they wanted for the third year in a row since before her was Monika and Scathacha.)
Cygames somehow stopped wanting a part of their fanbase/playerbase to enjoy the game (aka the male one). Like we joked online at the time, they cucked themselves by giving reasons for players to move from Granblue Fantasy to "Gran"Blue Archive and were happy watching it. lol
I also don't doubt that a Genshin styled Granblue would be popular at the beginning, but I'm 100% sure it would just fall into irrelevance over time because grub producers will refuse to let their girls to lust after the MC like other popular games like NIKKE, BA and WuWa do.

I don't know if you've already received an answer, but I've been looking for the model's creator for the past day, and everything indicates that it's a Tam Tam model based on the details. It's basically a VTuber model imported into Koikatsu. I don't know if it needs any extra mods, although I think an updated HF patch is sufficient.
I had thought so at first too, but they don't quite line up either, which is why I'm so stumped. Any card that looks very similar seems to be like this.
