I dare to check peter's patreon, no, he's not breaking their ToS.
Since none of his tiers give "password access" it doesn't matter and he can reserve the right to share the password. Furthermore, it's on Discord, meaning outside the platform, so sub for password is a vote of confidence. And considering they're currently having mental breakdown for leaks, if you're new, might hesitate to give it to you at first glance.
He would break Patreon ToS if was "password access" on tiers.

Judging by the quality of the text and the effects, they were possibly added with video editing software, since Koikatsu doesn't display text that clear, but I could be wrong.

I won't presume to know how Poison marks his scenes (I'm assuming you mean marks when you say tags) because there're a LOT of ways you could mark cards... But chances are that re-saving the scene won't take care of the issue.Poison, is it possible that tags are embedded in the scene files? They don't seem to circulate much.

He could've marked the texture of an item that he used for the scene, he might've added a node constraint with a specific series of numbers, he could've done the same with a value in the timeline, etc.
So yeah, kind of hard to know what to look for... Also, he encrypts the scenes with a specific password he sends to you on DM and apparently he now shares his stuff through a specific site that requires you to log with your Patreon to get to his content, so yeah, it's normal that his stuff doesn't get shared as much nowadays. Also, he probably lost quite a few subs with how paranoic he's been when it comes to his content, and chances are most of those who remain are loyal simps that won't leak anything

Hello, welcome, and you're welcome! Hope you have a happy new year and find whatever treasure you're sailing these seas for.
Few things can cause this, tbh...Is there anyway to fix the face and neck area looking grainy? The scene is one of Tachumi's
- SofterSelfShadowing plugin
- If you have this, just full on delete it. It's a FPS hog.
- PostProcessingEffects plugin
- Press F1
- Search "Grain".
- If it's on, turn it off or adjust to your liking.
- Projector of some sort
- Look through your workspace or type "Projector" in the search bar. If there's something, toggle them off and on and just turn off the one causing this
- Jane has some sort of matcap or NormalMap with a ridiculous resolution
- Select Jane in the workspace.
- Press Mat Edit to open up material editor for Jane
- Type "body" in the search bar on the top left
- Scroll down and see if there are dark grey fields in all the texture stuff.
- If so, hit "reset" for NormalMap or MatCap (or both)
- You're running ReShade (a third-party shader injector program for 3D games) and somehow don't know it
- This is very unlikely, but if this is what's going on... I will laugh at you.

In the past, I read Patreon's rules and usage policies (because of the Unagi issue), and unfortunately, nothing prohibits them from creating these kinds of internal rules regarding their content and acquisition. What they don't mention, and what's really underhanded on Patreon's part, is their "sole purpose as a reliable intermediary." Their authority is conspicuously absent when it comes to injustices or abuses against the consumer. For example, if you pay for a month on Patreon and the patron blocks you just 2 or 5 minutes after you become a patron, there's no possibility of a refund or any way to prevent future blocks while your sub-support remains active. It's throwing money away if you know the person will acknowledge it.
Patreon reviews applications very slowly and only prioritizes them when it involves fraud or some problem that directly or indirectly harms them financially. Beyond that, we're practically nothing.
As the other guy said, the best thing to do is just walk right past and ignore those who genuinely want to be ignored.
People like Peter have no business being in this mess we call community.
