I would say 90% made up number, of people downloading leaks would never sub in the first place. If you provide good content and people love it, leaks or not they will pay for it, if its really good they will also never leak it.
You can spend your time trying to kill leaks, you can spend your time making it hard for paying customers to access your content, I assure you it will end up a net loss for you in the end.
If the card markers like Suou were not using a FOMO model and being so anti consumer I would give them a perma sub, but since the chances are they will ban me just because of my discord channels or that I am on this site, no thanks ill wait for the leaks.
Keep doing what works for you, but most people downloading your stuff probably dont even watch it, I collect everything, but I have a select group of content that I actually use despite my 120 TB worth of hard drives on tap. I also pay and support those people as much as I can even though their stuff was leaked ages ago.

There's always a few people that start arguments or fights saying unhinged stuff, and despises every creator who doesn't make free stuff or make their stuff free instantly rather than after a month or so.
It is best to ignore them since their comments aren't constructive and they usually don't reach an understand because they don't want to

In fact, I've been considering it even though I'm currently quite busy with work. 😤 😤

It would be exclusively a guide to props for Chara Studio and accessories in Maker, because it's one of the few things I can mod for the game decently. I'll most likely make a tutorial on how to properly prepare and export models in Blender (any format to FBX with textures), and how to decimate (although I think there's an add-on that does it cleaner and without making the model look like it's made of cardboard). A good prop, in general, that goes to Koikatsu or Chara Studio needs to be mindful of its number of faces; otherwise, we'll fall into one of the many traps Yanderedev tripped over with his 5000-face brush. I also want to research add-ons that facilitate this whole process a bit more.

And in Unity, it's a bit more automatic once you get the hang of it.

I would provide a clear and concise guide, emphasizing some recommendations, such as this:

"If your fbx is a model with bones (armature), like for Charastudio, you'll always need a Root bone; otherwise, Unity will treat the first bone in the list as the root bone, which also distorts the orientation of all the other bones' axes."

"Mods for Koikatsu will also be visible in Charastudio, but anything you create for Charastudio will be exclusive to that platform."

It all depends on the AssetBundle and how you write the CSV file.

I live in a shit hole country with no means, ability or funds to get anything related to KK, so I'm very thankful this site exists, it keeps the hobby alive. Good news! I've got new Henime cards! Bad news Henime is a fucking scammer that I'm pretty sure the only reason they released a link to some of their cards was because their fanbox supporters were saying they were going to report them for fraud.

All missing characters: Lynae, Ye Shunguang, Chisa, Caesar King, Augusta, Acheron, Iuno, Skirk, Yixuan, Mizuki, Uehara Rin, Nightingale, Minamoto no Raiko, Zhezhi, Implacable, Kousaka Shizuru Tejina, Mei(Hi3), Yae Miko.

Spoiler: Long winded account and rant

Welp after a request, some searching and providing a collection of what I can find online earlier this month and no one providing any of the missing cards afterwards I decided to subscribe to Henime's fanbox in the last week of January so I could have access to their card collection. What I was greeted with were 2 posts with 2 mega links each, one which was supposed to have a video collection for January and cards that had been used in their content that month (Tier 3 2,200JPY) and an older December post (Tier 1 4,000JPY) which was supposed to contain all their videos ever made and another link to their cards which by their Tier 1 benefits description. Is supposed to contain ALL their character cards, of those 4 links only 1 worked which was the Tier 1 video link. Under those 2 posts and 1 Happy New years posts were comments from all month long from supporters asking for working mega links for Henimes' posts, with zero response from Henime for any of those comments. So I reached out through Fanbox DM's giving them an honestly very polite message and more generous then they deserved benefit of the doubt mixed in with guilt tripping to hopefully provoke them into providing the benefits which from appearances, were actively being defrauded from their supporters.

To a disappointingly predictable response of pure silence, but at this point it was the 28th the other supporters were not happy and started threatening Henime that if the rewards which weren't provided weren't made available before the End of the Month, that they would be reporting Henime under fraud to pixiv/fanbox. It seems the threats made Henime finally distribute working mega links to to their cards and videos under the January post, makes sense since they were actively breaking site TOS. But oh wait the link is missing half of their character cards, missing scene data (which to be honest I personally really didn't care about since all of their work are just unedited Hongcha scenes anyway), no "gifts", and no instructions about the so called commission benefit. But wait it gets worse, the January post which was originally a Tier 3 post got changed to a tier 1 post, meaning if you paid 2,200 jpy to Henime for the month of January, they actively scammed and defrauded those supporters. Not to mention Tier 1 supporters were still defrauded as well considering even after the threats to report fraud Henime still only provided access to half their character collection, no scene data, details on commission, or "gifts".

They also deleted some of the previous comments asking for working links and threating fraud reports, I assume to make the comment section clean for the next month of people that support so they are none the wiser. One user detailed under the now Tier 1 January post after the comment deletion exactly all of the missing characters, seeing that I then tried to post my own comment as well to question Henime if they new they could still be reported for fraud since they still weren't providing access to the full benefits promised in their tier descriptions. Only to see a big red error message at the top of the screen, never had that happen before so I tried again, same error, went to like the post, that worked, then I scrolled to the top and noticed I now have unfollowed Henime. I didn't do that I thought so I tried following and the same red error popped up, oh you're fucking kidding I thought, I then went to the fanbox messages and Henime was now gone from my messages. That's right they blocked me, I hadn't even threatened to report for fraud like other users had, I had just left a polite message asking for working links to be distributed, they fucking blocked me and I can only assume all the other users for asking for the benefits they should be providing.

So I did my due diligence and left a fraud report through fanbox that is way more detailed, longer and more proffesionally written then this so hopefully it's taken seriously. If you ever wondered why Henime's old patreon is missing and their pixiv and twitter comments are turned off, now you can probably guess why, I'll be leaving an image gallery link below this paragraph with screenshots of everything to solidify everything I said so if a Henime account appears here saying I'm lying you know their full of shit (doubt that will happen though since by their silence they seem like a coward). On an unrelated note does anyone know how to remove tattoos from character cards? I specifically want to edit Paintitblack cards, I like tattoos but man do they over do it with the blacked and queen of spades stuff to the point where I find it more unattractive than hot in a slutty way. I tried figuring it out in the Koikatsu character editing but I couldn't find any way to edit the base skin.
