The J694 dynamic bone collider is used for "items" (workspace objects) the penis isn't part of the male but a studio object! Personally I find node constraints to be wayyy better~!! i assume its headmod from salvation?
if it yes, there are face part on material editor that give a shadow on front of eyeball, u have to change it shaders to "studio alpha" and reduce the alpha slider to around 65-ish
