I happen to use Makoto's mods myself, with the difference being under Emotion Creators, because that guy is one of the few people who has worked on EC. You should be able to find it here somewhere.

He only publishes not-individual projects on main koikatsu Discord. For example, anime map ports from koikatsu/darksolider/Jinsung to Emotion Creators etc.
So I'm sure you'll find what you're interested in from him somewhere on patreon/kemono.
