The plugin must be placed on this path.
GameFolder\BepInEx\plugins\KK_Plugins

But before that, check if you have this plugin installed. In old builds, it was the default.
You can check it in KKManager in the plugins section.

You can adjust the keys either in the game or in charaStudio by pressing F1 and searching for the appropriate menu.
