hahaha bepis notifies you when someone comments? I think I asked for help once but they never responded lol
Thanks, you have very good skills, I think Koikatsu already has so many mods to do anything, the limit is only creativity, although it would be better to work with Blender and Unity to create something more specific.
yes informs, provided that you ask a person with a profile. it is possible that you asked someone who published anonymously, i.e. without an account. possibly a dead profile, although you can interpret this based on whether the author of a given profile is still active based on when they last published anything. as for details and blender, it is rather a relative matter, if you have specific assets that are ideal for remodeling, additionally skills and willingness, then playing with hard modifications does not make sense. one is that you will see it comparably and the other that much more time and work will have to be put in. although I agree when the character is so characteristic that it cannot be done without hard modification. in my case it is different with details sometimes I put more heart into one character and sometimes I do not even want to make shadows. in general thanks for the compliment, which is rare for me, especially since I protected myself from thieves from pixiv who rob people of their work and sell them for real money. I protected myself by switching to emotion creators.
And as a reward, every now and then someone mocks me, insults me and my statistics have dropped so much that from 10k downloads like today I will have 3k it will be a miracle, what's funny is that I have made such progress in the past few years that such situations make me laugh, then irritate and thirdly discourage.
Edit:
Or I'll add one more thought.
generally I'll say it this way, if you don't know anything about modding and all you can do is consume from modders, then I recommend not using 99.9% of light character modifications on the koikatsu scene, because for several long years most creators don't know what they're doing, they'll throw 50 overlays on one character in 4096x4096 size and even on assets that cover 64x64. then someone wonders that one character consumes 8gb of ram.
So this would be a possible plus for hard modifications, read optimization, although this is also relative, some time ago I repaired a hard mod from yuefengyu from date a live which had 8k x 4k implemented, the optimization was tragic, and the assets themselves were blurry and blurred with details, it was enough to change to a 1k overlay to sharpen the details and the optimization worked even on an 18-year-old laptop.
in general if any of you have mods from yuefengyu from date a live then I recommend exporting the overlays from uniform and changing them to 1024x1024, you will see that the visual quality will be much better and the consumption of subprocesses will be much less burdened
