Keep size of chara in studio ?

Hello everyone, I'd like to know if there's a way to keep the size of the characters when you change them in the studio.

it's annoying to have to do it manually every time, in some scenes the character keeps the size of the original character so I think it's possible but I can't find an option or plugin to do it.

Bump , the only way i found is with the node Constraints "Chara to hips" but the lign of sight dont work after
Any idea ? or other solution to keep size ?
