How to copy one characters body sizes to another in studio

Was wondering of there is a easy way or how to properly copy a character sizes, bust/hip/ass/height, ect from one character to another when i switch them in studio. i know i could probably do it in the character creator but im not looking to make a new character just want to simply replace a character for a scene.
